1) Why did you resign from your previous job?
Firstly I would like to say thank for my previous organization, where I learned a lot, Like management, working under pressure, teamwork and knowledge. But it was time to grow myself, And I am ready to accept the new challenges. I believe that change is necessary to enhance my skills.
I have ___ years of experience and I had learned a lot of things from my previous organisation and am thankful for it, according to me job change is necessary for everyone to enhance our skills, knowledge and for personal growth as well as financial growth, and I hope your organisation is the best platform to learn and grow within it.
2) Why have you been out of work so long?
I had a family problem. There is a need of my personal attention on that. Now the problem settled. Now I am well for enhancing my skills, and also to do the regular works with no personal issues.
3) Why have you had so many jobs?
I had done jobs in different companies cause different companies have different criteria and I learned lots of things from them.
4) Tell me about a situation when your work was criticized.
Firstly I will find out where I am making mistake. When someone discourages me I will feel like doing that same work in the best manner showing my full potential in it. Prove them by my work not by a tongue.
Well criticized is the opportunity to improve our skill if any criticized is not there you do not understand about your mistakes.
5) Tell me about the most boring job you have ever had.
The job gives learning and earning both when it comes about learning and earning nothing is boring.
In my view, no job is boring because it totally depends on us if we like the job and does it sincerely it will keep us more comfortable and we can go more forward in our life.

My company is not aware that I’m looking for other opportunities, I will be gladly giving you the reference once I get selected for this job, as my records are very cleared.
7) How many hours a week do you normally work?
Sir I will work 8hr a day if there is more to do sure ill do it.
It’s depending on workload and conditions. Normally I’m always working 9 to 10 hours.

Not getting a job as a single mum it is a challenge for me.

Yes Sir/Mam, Sometimes when I have been ill and if there is some urgency. But even though I have seen to it that the work is not affected to a major level. If I have been ill and not present at the office then I make sure that I am available in the phone. And If I am taken leave for any other reason prior I have always explained the work to the concerned to be done in my absence.
No sir never, But I will take leave if some emergency comes or my family is in need but along with that, I will also complete my project deadlines as now everything is digital.
10) What changes would you make if you came on board?
Sir there are so many experienced persons on the board. Maybe they’re know something better than me. So I would not change anything but I would add something additional to ongoing projects/plans/environment with my experience and skills.
11) How could you have improved your career progress?
Sir, by improving skills and knowledge and I will improve my career with the help of my experience, technical skills and hard work.

He is very good manager self-motivated team work friendly nature he will leave team freely to do work comfort. Negative he will believe in all things.

Wasting time in thinking of past and future, presence of mind in present make future automatically best.
16) Why are not you earning more money at this stage of your career?
Because, I am not money minded person, I prefer future growth, job satisfaction and happy family life. I am career oriented person and I believe that if the career is on right track, money can come automatically.
